Exchange Series
The GenEQ Exchange Series is an interactive event designed to build a supportive and inclusive network for women, trans, and gender-diverse people in academia. Through guided conversations at themed stations, participants connect, share insights, and explore career-related challenges and strategies. Centering intersectional experiences, the series fosters community, learning, and collective empowerment.
